Itinerary
- Ecole-Militaire: the walk passes by the Military School, one of the least known architectures of the capital, with an impressive façade which opens onto the Champ de Mars and the Grand Palais Ephémère
- Your guide will then take you to discover the incredible perspective formed by the Esplanade des Invalides up to the golden dome which houses Napoleon's tomb.
- Musee d'Orsay: The walk will then continue to the Musée d'Orsay, one of the most beautiful museums in Paris, located on the banks of the Seine. This crossing of the district towards the north explores its beautiful restaurants of chefs and its large quiet streets with always incredible facades. It will also be an opportunity to discover a splendid and little-known church, and to stop for a pastry in one of the quietest cafés in Paris.
- Hotel de Matignon: our walk will then take us close to this crucial building for French politics (without being able to enter it). This will be an opportunity to discover this quiet and secret district, which contains the quietest small addresses in the arrondissement, in particular a very beautiful neighborhood garden.
- Le Bon Marche Rive Gauche: We will then go on a spree towards the Bon Marché. We can enter the market to admire the grand staircase and the luxurious objects presented on the ground floor, or walk around it to contemplate the facades that inspired Émile Zola.
