An unforgettable journey into the authentic heart of Modena’s culinary heritage — not a tourist showcase, but a true behind-the-scenes experience. This tour takes you to the source of three iconic Made in Italy products: Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, and Prosciutto di Modena, all visited where they are genuinely produced. You’ll begin at a family-run Acetaia, discovering how time, patience, and passion transform cooked grape must into one of the world’s most precious condiments. Next, visit a local Parmigiano Reggiano dairy to witness the early-morning craftsmanship behind this legendary cheese. The journey continues at an authentic prosciuttificio, where climate, skill, and tradition shape Prosciutto di Modena. The experience concludes with a special lunch inside the prosciutto factory, a rare and memorable moment where flavors, place, and stories meet at the table. This is not a rushed tour. It’s a genuine and flavorful encounter with real Modena
