This experience takes place in Tuğba’s real home kitchen in Şişli, with a small group so it stays personal. Tuğba is a lawyer who cooks to unwind and to bring people together, and her hosting centers on the feeling of a crowded table and real conversation. Instead of a staged cooking demo, you will learn practical home techniques and then share the breakfast you made together, the way friends and family do in Istanbul.

Traditional Turkish breakfast has many hot meals such as Menemen, Muhlama, Gözleme, Börek, Omlet, and Sucuk (Turkish Pepperoni), as well as cold items such as various cheeses, olives, sauces, vegetables, honey, jams and milk cream (Kaymak).
What makes this experience unique is that we want to introduce Turkish home culture, which comes with great connections and bonds. We want to invite you to our home as our friends, and we want to do this by teaching you how to prepare a homemade Traditional Turkish Breakfast. In other words, we want to show you a typical Turkish morning with a typical Turkish breakfast.
